I am changing the pick up date from Saturday the 29th to Wednesday the 26th thru Friday the 28th at the Barley Pub from 4-7pm.
This is to allow everyone the opportunity to load up on porky goodness before the holiday weekend.
Good things are happening towards the quest for a PSK storefront. If all goes well construction should start at the end of the month. Thank you all for your continued support over the last 4 years.
Last day to order will still be Wednesday the 26th and pick up as noted above.

How to Order?
The Sausage Club:
Decide what you want to order then send me an e-mail by the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
Pick-up is on the 3rd Saturday of the Month. Except for MAY 2010.

Poppers price list:
Our pledge is to purchase from local, natural, free-range, and/or organic sources as much as possible. We trust our family farmers to provide us with the same wholesome quality as they serve on their own table at home.
